About Nationskompassen

What is Nationskompassen?

Nationskompassen brings together opening hours and events from all 13 student nations in Uppsala in one place. Instead of checking each nation's Instagram or website separately, you can see the whole picture — pub, lunch, club — at a glance.

The pub crawl planner builds an optimal route between nations based on which are open and how far it is to walk between them.

Who built it?

Nationskompassen is a side project by Emil, an IT student in Uppsala. The site is built with Next.js and pulls data directly from nationsguiden.se.

From a nation?

All event data is pulled automatically from nationsguiden.se. If your nation's opening hours or events are missing or wrong, it's most likely down to how they're published there.

To make sure your events show up on Nationskompassen, check that they're published correctly on nationsguiden.se. If you'd like help, get in touch.
